Tetramethyltetraphenyl-Trisiloxane JPHV-4Even before Dow corning Diffusion Pump Fluid DC-704 (had been discontinued since 2013. For the reason you all know, it was not easy for the domestic users to get the Diffusion Pump Oils yet.
By the effort of hardworking Chinese engineers, Diffusion Pump Fluid (Replacement of DC -704) were developed several years before 2013.

Now our Diffusion Pump FLuid (JPHV-4) is purer. The performance of the JPHV-4 almost equals to Dow corning Diffusion Pump Oils DC-7054’s.
Now, it is more stable, purer with higher C/P.

Same as Dow corning Diffusion Pump Oils DC-704, JPHV-4 is a colorless, single component silicone-based fluid for diffusion pumps. It offers an impressive pump-down and is suitable for higher ultimate vacuums of 10E-6 to 10E-8 (untrapped) or 10E-10 to 10E-11 (trapped). It is very durable and can withstand tough conditions even if it gets exposed to air during operation.
