Dowsil 340 sink heat compound is a non-curing silicone compound designed to provide a long term thermal bridge between power components and heat sinks.

Applications:
Designed to provide a long term thermal bridge between power components and heat sinks. Typical applications include: thermally connecting transistors and thyristors to heat sinks.
