用于Alseal底漆的两组分水性硅酮-陶瓷面漆。 在高达700oF(371oC)的温度下,化学钝化并物理密封牺牲性抗腐蚀铝陶瓷底涂层。 提供多种颜色。High temperature ceramic coating for use on automotive parts up to 1600 deg. F. Alseal DB-3 has been formulated for ease of application with excellent hang and flow properties. After curing, this coating will have a satin finish with a very even appearance. For added corrosion protection, apply over a basecoat of Alseal HX or HX3. Colors Available in black and gray. Special colors available upon request (i.e blue, green, etc.) Surface Preparation Special care must be exercised in the preparation of the surface for all high quality, premium performance coatings. 1) Degreasing. All oil, grease and other organic deposits must be removed by suitable degreasing operation or by heating parts to temperature sufficiently high to facilitate removal. 2) Cleaning and Roughening. All old coats, mill scale, rust, or other tightly adherent deposits must be removed by a method such as dry grit blasting or vapor blasting. Grit blast, using clean aluminum oxide AL2 O3) grit, is the recommended cleaning procedure which is necessary for maximum adhesion to steel, although other abrasive methods may be satisfactory. Application Mix component B (1 part by volume) to component A (1 part by volume) and stir thoroughly. Apply using standard siphon feed spray gun as used for lacquer type materials. A light mist coat should be applied first then followed with a heavier coat. After spraying, it should have a uniform wet glossy appearance. Coating film should be allowed to air dry for a minimum of 20 minutes. Curing Procedure After 20 minute air dry, parts should be oven dried at 175° F. for a minimum of 20 minutes, then cured at 500° F. for one hour.
